[Hallicrafters] Alignment slugs stabilization

OEM used wax. I know because of how much I have had to carefully dig out of coil forms to expose/adjust the iron powder slugs on an "original never re-aligned" h receiver.

I have never replaced the wax. Just depend on friction and lack-of-transport to keep things where they are (unless you are 4x4 mobile of course)😉
