[Hallicrafters] O'Malley's axiom to Murphy's law.

I received an email from a fellow who had read one of the documents I had posted. In the document I had referred to O'Malley's axiom to Murphy's law. He said he knew what Murphy's law states, but he had never heard of O'Malley's axiom.
 
O'Malley's axiom simply states that Murphy was an optimist.
