[Hallicrafters] SX-101 issue

[Paul, N6EV]

Been there, done that.  The problem is caused by a noisy ground wiper 
toward the back of the band switch.  Clean that very well with 
De-oxit and some Q-Tips.  Should fix the problem right up.
