[Hallicrafters] Test Message

This is an ongoing issue with quite a number of lists.

Their is a mess with the methodology of the lists setup and operation.

It has been pointed out on the AMRadio list that it has been occurring 
with great frequency.

There are a number of facets that are coming into play.

The list manager of Boatanchor, Heathkit, Hallicrafters and perhaps one 
or two more has had severe medical problems.  This is Duane Fischer, 
<dfischer at usol.com>, W8DBF.

It has left things in a hopefully resolvable state of disarray.

Most of the apparent problems have been traced to multiple different 
E-mail addresses used by some individuals.  The problem has been traced 
to these NOT being all registered with the list that they were submitted to.

It *is* being looked at.  That is the best that can be said for now.
