Can't help myself from not commenting on this post... I, also have had problems with the 5R4 Copper Top rectifier replacement. I took one apart after it had failed, (Popped main fuse) and found that the traces on the PC board are too close together and arc. When I contacted the "Copper Top company, (Weber)  they said they were sorry, and offered to sell me another for half price.... NOT GOOD!  The low voltage copper top seems to work OK.
Too bad their customer service is non-existent.
