Hi Larry,

   Something else for you to consider.  I have two tube testers, a Hickok 6000A and a Laboratory 501 (identical to a Triplett 3444).   The 501 is probably the better tester but I have been using the 6000A for 15 years or so and am familiar with it.  The 501 is in very, very good condition, I last used it 5 years ago.  Before I go eBay with the 501, it's available to the list for $300 plus shipping.  Do some research.  You are first in line.  I can send a picture if interested but it looks just like the 3444 in the online manual.
