    Do a Google search for it. I tried and got a lot of 
hits. It is evidently considered an excellent tester. I have 
no idea if the price is fair but tube testers have become 
expensive. When I bought mine they were considered door 
stops and I don't think I ever paid more than $20 for one. 
No more.
    I know there are people who work on the TV-7 but again a 
google search may find the answer.
