[Hallicrafters] HT-32 issue

Hi all,
I have recently acquired a nice HT-32. It does seem to have one issue 
that I am having some trouble figuring out a fix. It works fine in SSB 
and DSB mode in Mox and Vox. CW is another story. When the rig is in CW 
mode, Mox does not trigger the relays or energize the transmitter. This 
also includes nothing on the 11 pin socket on the back of the rig for 
external TR switch relays. When in Mox and I press the key, it does not 
trigger the relays and put the rig into transmit. When I am in CW and in 
Vox, nothing happens there as well when I press the key. I have checked 
all of the resistors in the relay circuitry but dont find anything out 
of whack. Has anyone else ever had a similar issue.? Any ideas would be 
greatly appreciated.
