Could be a capacitor going bad. Could be a bad solder joint. Could be the contacts in one of the tube sockets. Among other things.

My S-22R works fine for a while and then the audio level will drop to about 1/3 of what it was. If I let it sit for a while, it will go back to normal, then the process starts all over. I bought it a few months ago and it had been recapped. Any ideas?
