[Hallicrafters] back lighted vs front lighted dials

I will defer to those who say that they have seen plastic dials on the SX-99.  I have never seen one!

My gut feel is that the plastic dial SX-99 was the earlier production.  If I 
had to guess based on my personal observation, I'd say the aluminum dials 
were about 75% of the total SX-99 product runs.   I've never seen a plastic 
dialed S-85.
