[Hallicrafters] SX-28 Friction Lock

Hello,
 
My lock was missing as well, I found one on Ebay within a few weeks.

My 28 does not have the lock  for the skirt of the main
tuning knob.. I have the two screws on the panel  but
nothing else..

Any help?
