[Hallicrafters] friction lock sx-28

Many SX-28s had the friction locks removed in military service, for whatever reason.

To my knowledge this part hasn't been reproduced, but if it were, there would likely be a lot of demand for it.

My 28 does not have the lock for the skirt of the main
tuning knob..  I have the two screws on the panel but
nothing else..

Any help?
