I've known 'em for several years.  I DO know that there was a very nice 
RME-69 w/preselector & speaker, next to an HRO Senior w/coils, IN addition 
to a pair of pristine never-modified, with-the-dynamotor BC-348Q's.. they 
sat on the lockers in back for a very long time, but when you'd ask about 
buying them, it was always something like "yeah, we've been thinking about 
that"... or... "No, it's not for sale" - after a while, you get tired of the 
attitude and total MESS - the apparent desire to actually MAKE it something 
where you you'd WANT to go there, seeems to have faded, when the old man 
went - he was a wizard.. knew where EVERYTHING was, and would sell it.

I was with Burstein-Applebee for 7.5 years, and our stores NEVER looked like 
Fistells - of course, it DID smell the same.. that wonderful eau d' cologne 
of old wooden floors, capacitor wax, resistors, bakelite, and wire 
insulation - THAT... I'll miss.
