UPS says that is impossible if you ask them, but we know better. I receive a lot of boxes by UPS at work, and they often have holes, abrasions, marks from being dropped etc. you just have to outfox them and pack things really well because we all know they stonewall every insurance claim. (Unlike FedEx)
