[Hallicrafters] SX96 dial glass repair

[Charlie T, K3ICH]

I seem to remember Radio Daze or something similar, making replacement dial 
glass for several of the old Hallicrafters.

Before I tried to glue it, I think I'd check with them for a replacement.
