[Hallicrafters] Requesting information on Halicrafters SX 101 Mark 1A

Seeking information on a Hallicrafters SX 101 Mark 1A - specifically what are 
the AVC Voltage Ranges would be helpful information in trying to find the 
problem/s.

Working on a sick unit - the S meter doesn't work, and the unit does not sound a 
station until the sensitivity control is like at 8 or above...seems also the 
unit could receive better.  Just a puzzling problem or problems and I have had 
several people look at it and all scratching their collective heads.  Going to 
try to buy a couple of 6BJ7's (Det, AVC, ANL) to insure that is not the problem 
- tube tests good but....
