[Hallicrafters] Hogarth...Echophone....plus S-38

Thanks very much for the Hallicrafters info. I will check out the references.
I have owned Echophone EC-1, and EC-1A plus the
Hallicrafters S-38, S-38 A, B,and C.
They are just fun and nostalgic little radios to use and 
to work on.  I've brought a number of basket cases back to life.
Certainly I don't confuse them with serious communications 
receivers. 
We still have not answered Glen's original question:  "Did Hogarth have a life outside of the Echophone ads?
