[Hallicrafters] OT Ehcophone advertising

     This is only slightly OT since Echophone was owned by 
Hallicrafters.  During WW-2 Echophone advertising featured a 
cartoon character called Hogarth.  I think Hogarth may have 
also appeared in a regular comic strip or single frame 
cartoons somewhere.  I can find nothing about the cartoons 
or their creator via web searches.  I wonder if any 
Hallicrafters historians know more.
