[Hallicrafters] Help me find a knob, HA-1/SR-34 type

I need to replace a missing knob on an SR-34. It's a black version of this:

However, I'll be happy with a gray one if I can't find the much rarer black version. 

This is the same knob used the HA-1, HA-5, HT-37, HT-40, and SX-140 among others.
