Hi Jim,
Do not forget to slide a rubber nose with silver plated stud on it over the
nose of the neighbor's cat. Then shave a bald area on its tail using your
XYL's safety razor, normally reserved for arm pits and legs. Be sure to blow
all the hair off, she will never know the difference! If she gets wise,
blame one of your nieces or nephews for using it without permission on
his/her Science Fair project! Put some conductive jelly containing particles
of 24K gold on the bald area. Connect a large alligator clip on the treated
area. Now touch the cat's nose to the positive side of the 365 pf double
gang capacitor and the wire from the alligator clip to the negative side. If
the cat's eyes glow without being in the dark, you probably have a defective
cat whisker. Happy hunting!
