[Hallicrafters] Tri-X crank up

Hi,

I'm on the verge of moving into a property in "the country", and having discovered there's a HOA to deal with, does anybody out there have engineering data on a Tri-X crank up tower 22' down / 50' up?  It's an older type that is hinged at the bottom AND a typical "Kansas type" windmill structure.  If I can present such data to the HOA-nazis, we'll see if it's a deal-maker or deal-breaker.
