[Hallicrafters] Value of a restored SX-28?

Hello everyone,

     I am new to this list and Hallicrafters equipment.  I know a fair
amount about Heathkit but am just learning about Hallicrafters.
Unfortunately, one of my first tasks is to put a fair market value on a
radio from the estate of a good friend.  Wayne, W4GBW, restored an SX-28
radio to what I consider gorgeous condition.  He spent several years on the
project and the quality of his work is exceptional.

    Sadly, we are now disposing of Wayne's gear for his heirs.  They have
little interest in the equipment.  Can the Hallicrafters fans here give me
at least a ballpark estimate of the value of a beautiful, working SX-28?
Unfortunately, the radio is about two hours away right now so I will not be
able to send any photos and I don't know enough to answer any specific
questions tonight.

    If anyone will be at the Melbourne, Florida hamfest on Saturday, please
stop by and take a look at the radio.  I will be right inside the main doors
and the table will be covered with Heathkit and other vintage equipment.
