[Hallicrafters] HT-32 to HT-37

I have had a 6X5 go short and heard of other guys that have had the same
problem.
Fortunately in my case, the fault caused the mains fuse to blow and it
protected the mains transformer from meltdown.
I think fuses are definitely a good idea and a suitably rated one in the
feed to the transformer primary will prevent the transformer being cooked in
the event of a rectifier flashover.
