[Hallicrafters] plug in box w/octal PLUG

Vector also made a nice turret style arrangement that terminated in an octal 
plug and had a drawn aluminum can that fit over it. Not suitable for tube 
PD, but would work for a solid state unit. I still see them on eBay.
