[Hallicrafters] Hallicrafters S-40B

First of all the S-40 B is not  a 'rare radio prized by collectors ! Not a day goes by when you don't see one listed on Ebay .Secondly the guy said he's willing
to pay an 'affordable price' .So don't know where the 'scam' is ??
