I don't know if anyone knew my Uncle William S. Cronan, II (N6SE), he passed
away on March 8th following a many year battle with emphysema. Uncle Bill
almost made it to 86 years and is survived by his sister, my mom, and three
children. Uncle Bill had worked for Convair and General Dynamics designing
electronic systems for their aircraft. He was an incredibly brilliant man to
the end and responsible for my having my dad's SX-16 restored. He was
proficient in International Mores Code such that it was his first language.
His surviving children are still dealing with his death, daughter Rebeca
(aka Becky) was his primary caregiver for 15 years.
