I would suggest people using the real-time prop maps (earlier post) as an
indication for propagation at any particular time on any particular band.
As for 40 meters, propagation in the early afternoons will only continue
to deteriorate as we move through March and then into spring/summer
months. There will be some good days but probably not as many as through
the fall and winter months.
