[Hallicrafters] Bucking Transformer

Looks like I am making this harder than it is. Off to Radio Shack since
these transformers are in stock, now for the box and outlet.

Radio Shack actually has a transformer that works well as a bucking
transformer:

I use one of them for my SX-28.
