Up to 100%. Many Halli transformers were constructed on the light side and
do not take well to todays 123-125VAC lines which drive them into partial
saturation which dramatically raises the temperature of already deteriorated
paper and wire insulation.
Add leaky filter and paper caps and you have a ready made disaster on hand.
Ive lost count to how many Hallis (and some other brands including Collins)
Ive had in for service that had oddball replacement transformers or shorted
ones and Id have to find a good original or have it rewound.
