[Hallicrafters] WTB: HT-20 and Halliday Desk Mic

Jim, W6CUF used a HT-20 to win the 1951 ARRL CW SS and was pictured in a 
1952 QST with the results.  Jim later changed his call to W6CF and was an 
ARRL Director.

Jim passed away a few years ago and the HT-20 was given to the California 
Historicial Radio Society that has his old W6CF callsign.

I was told by Trav K9EBE (the SR-2000 marketing Manager at Hallicrafters) 
that once Heath came out with the DX-100 that was much less expensive plus 
had a VFO that the HT-20 was dropped.  The HT-20 was usually paired with the 
S-76 or SX-71.
