I use a woman by the name of Judy Fulkerson.  She is in the northern  
suburbs
of Detroit.  Her phone number is (248) 628-5051.  (The last email  
address I
had was jbljudy at tir.com)  She has many, many years experience and is a
warranty service facility for the likes of JBL, EV, Yamaha, Klipsch,
Infinity, Cerwin Vega, etc.  I  have had her recone some 10 or 12  
speakers
from 4" to 15" dia.  She is very good and very reasonable...

...all the usual disclaimers apply...no connection to her, just a  
satisfied
customer, YMMV...
