Hi Wilson. Sorry to hear about your bad luck with the dial scale. There may be a slim chance that Radio Daze can help...didn't see a SX-43 scale listed but they did have this note on the glass scale page. I guess you are also looking for a junker...good luck, 73 de Bill K4JYS
