You can purchase styrene (opaque white) or polycarbonate sheet (clear) in 
the appropriate thickness from AIN, US Plastics et al.
Use your CAD program to lay out the graphics and print  on a clear Avery 
label.
I have done this to replace the  little dials in the R-4C crystal windows- a 
lot neater than penciled in frequencies.
