As an alternative to BAMA, Pete, WA2CWA, provides some very nice manuals.
I have purchased several from him and the quality is outstanding. So you
have to decide the cost vs quality factor to determine which one you want.
I have no relationship to Pete other than a satisfied customer and he is a
really nice guy to chat with in Dayton.
