[Hallicrafters] Conversion of HT33A to HT 33B

I don't have the exact procedure, but my HT-33A came from the factory with the HT-33B circuitry installed.  The amplifier was pretty rough when I got it and I am considering converting it to a Russian GS-31b tube since the PL-172A is bad.

If you like, I can take a digital photo of how Hallicrafters did it.

Subject: [Hallicrafters] Conversion of HT33A to HT 33B

Does anyone have access to the instructions for putting 6 VR tubes in the HT 33A just as the HT 33B has.

While I am cleaning and refurbishing my HT 33A I would like to add the two additional VR tubes but would like to have the recommended Hallicrafters procedure for upgrading the HT 33A to the HT 33B.

Thanks for your assistance and recommendations, 73, John, K5PGW
