[Hallicrafters] SX-42 and R-42 Speaker

The SX-42 is a bear to overhaul and is known for fried power and audio 
transformers due to leaky caps. If the chassis and/or cabinet is rusted its 
maybe $100 tops to 150 or so for a nicer one but a complete unknown. The 
price goes way up for a real nice one

Id say $50-75 for the R-42 needing a repaint.

A
 friend sent me pictures of a SX-42 and R-42 Speaker. There is
surface rust on both the radio and speaker. How much would these two
items be worth? All the parts are there except for one knob. My friend
 lives in Raleigh NC and may take them to the Raleigh Hamfest on Saturday 
April 7
 th.
