Bill are you sure you want to do that? If you look at unused rivets
one end has a head and the other is just a straight shank. To set those
things, you need a bucking bar and a device for pounding on the rivet
head. Like a punch with a cupped end to fit the head of the rivet in
question.
You place the bucking bar against the rivet shank underneath and the
punch on the head. Holding both you strike the punch with the hammer to
flatten the shank. Not an exercise I would want to do to a radio. I
much prefer #4 screws, washers and nuts. Less damage.
But if you want to do it, most of those rivets were made of phosphor
bronze. I haven't see any like them in a very long time, but I haven't
looked either. Try McMaster-Carr or Granger. Boy are you going to have
fun.
