I dont see any of that Duane.

Its a private mail stamp that can only be used within the Spanish borders.

With anyone able to have their own personal stamps printed over there its 
just a curiosity that will not be listed in a stamp catalog.
Value? Little to none unless some clowns decide to get a bidding war started 
on Fleabay.
