Jason if you want to work on the 25D locally rather
than send it off you should get a copy of Dallas 
Lankford notes for the AN/URM-25. I found a PDF at
http://www.wb6nvh.com/DATA/DATA.htm  If the thing
actually works when you get it the notes are still good
to have if only to broaden your knowledge.
