Lee, the 'problem' is the low freq coverage. I finally got a 11719B down converter for mine. As much as I love my 8640B (1 GHz), it's plastic parts have become quite fragile over time.

The URM-25s will still be working in 50 years.....

hy not get a good 8640B for aroung $400.
