FYI You can find "AS IS" URM-25's at a very reasonable price. KISS ELECTRONICS sells a total overhaul kit for $50. If you don't want to mess with all that they sell a fully restored URM-25D for $295. Or you can pull the power supply and rf unit from your case and send it to them with $200 and they will send you totally restored replacements. They even put in new hardware, nuts and bolts.
