[Hallicrafters] Wrinkle Paint: MIL-E-5558A

Likely the Mil-specification is the reason for the price, being gov't
related, and the need for gov't to waste money faster than they can
print it.

The one gallon price is probably not too bad for someone running a
paint shop, who could paint a lot of cabinets at $50-$100 each out of
one gallon. The availability in more colors than basic black makes it
even more attractive.
