[Hallicrafters] Cleaning the inside of HT33A amplifier

That stuff acts like the old cosmoline (spelling??) to protect the finish. 
Some of the brightest looking S-Lines I've restored were mustard color all 
over when I started. The lung-goo washed off to reveal a like new chassis. 
I was quite surprised AND very glad I quit smoking in 1972.
