 I have not seen that either, but over on the QCWA site there is a guy 
who has almost all the call books going back into the early 30s or so. 
He is a genuinely nice guy who looked up my call to give me the history. 
If you are a member of QCWA, go to their site and make an inquiry.  He 
may frequent the Vanity HQ site as well.
