Even RadioShack has Lead Free "Silver-Bearing" Solder, (4% Silver) in small
dispenser. (sku 64-026)

I use a solder for mating dissimilar metals called Staybrite #8, it
contains silver (about 5-6 percent) and will mate most metals together.
Expensive, but worth a try. You can usually bother any HVAC guy for a small
piece to try out. If not, I will send you some.
