Try Howard Mills, W3HM      _w3hm at fontiernet.net_ 
(mailto:w3hm at fontiernet.net)   His  specialization is Collins St. James Gray restoration but he works 
on others,  too.  He has a custom painter who can make an SR cabinet look 
original,  right down to the "splotchy" paint.  He had done over a dozen for 
me. Not  cheap, but more than worth it, which I found out when I dropped a 
newly painted  cabinet on my concrete basement floor. Nary a ding in the 
paint!
