The number 11A represents the 11th note and A represents the edit level.  I have two other notes #16 and #56 posted and will follow with 36 others.  We will forward the most important of them first.  The next will be the internals of the VFO, heterodyne scheme, and a VFO MOD to correct a myriad of minor problems.  Tried to combine all into a manual but became too large and I’m dyslexic requiring editing and technical help which Walt WD0GOF has generously provided.  The updated SR-2000 schematic in the photos section of the Hallicraftersradios reflector and tips section of the Hallicrafters reflector includes the VFO change.  It is very simple and entirely removable.  I have regression tested the thing to death and it appears good.  We use an elliptical low pass filter and diode switching.  It relegates the natural receive birdies to the noise level, mitigates minor transmit spurs, corrects the 30 cycle frequency shift when switching from transmit to receive, and equalizes the signal strength when using the HA-20.
