[Hallicrafters] Saturday Hall Net

Please join us on Saturday July 16th for the Halligan's Hallicrafters 
International 40 meter Net. You do 'not' have to be using Hallicrafters gear 
to join with us, all we ask is that you have an interest in vintage radio 
equipment.

The Pre-Net will commence at 12:30 PM EDT, 1630 UTC. The HHI Net begins at 
1:00 PM EDT, 1700 UTC. The frequency is still, and probably forever, 7.280 
MHZ LSB +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and adjacent flapping lip splatter 
chatter.

Please join us and enjoy those wonders that still go glow in the dark! There 
are some changes to both the Saturday 40M and Sunday 20M nets forthcoming in 
the near future! I am going to retire as NCS, for one thing. Over thirteen 
years is long enough. However, I will still be present to serve as a relay 
station or in case of dire need, NCS temporarily.

I have some other Hallicrafters projects that I would like to complete while 
I am still alive and able. I am NOT leaving, just handing off some duties to 
others.

We may restart the Wednesday evening 20meter Global Glow Roundtable, 
possible on 40 meters, propagation pending. This particular Net I will 
continue on as the NCS, but am more then willing to hand it off to someone 
elseif an interest is expressed.
