  I was two years old when you blew up that cap. Do you remember what day it was?

    I remember waking up (sometime in October 1967) out of a sound sleep crying my eyes out, needing a diaper change (and a ba ba) and I think it was all your fault... Regards, Richy N2ZD

About 43 years ago I popped a doorknob capacitor on a homebrew 4-1000...it 

was spectacular!
