Hi Walt:
The 'T' in the 12NO90T indicates 9 pin, the absence, Octal. I tried a query
for the 12NO90T and the others and found the octal to be the only ones that
were inexpensive and available. Thetubecenter and Surplus sales --- no hits
for the 9 pin 'T' version.

That is a 12NO90T which means 12vac, normally open cold, 90 second delay and
T for thermal. A lot of folks including myself prefer the 12NO120T which
gives the 8122's a little more warm up before you slap the voltage to them.
The last one I found was at Surplus Sales of Nebraska @ $50. I have seen
them for as high as $115 each.
